TunedGift respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our personalized song, audio, private sharing, and digital wall art services.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and protect the Service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, authentication details, and preferences.
2. Creative Content — Memories, recipient details, prompts, lyrics, images, messages, and other material you submit to create a gift.
3. Generated Content and Usage Data — Generated lyrics, audio, artwork, share-page activity, features used, and error or diagnostic information.
4. Device and Technical Information — IP address, browser, operating system, device type, approximate location, and security or performance signals.
5. Payment and Order Information — Product, transaction, subscription, currency, and payment-status details supplied by Waffo Pancake. Payment processors handle complete card details; TunedGift does not store full card numbers.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies — Cookies or local storage used for authentication, preferences, security, and, where enabled, analytics.
7. Support Information — Support requests, attachments, and information you provide when asking for help.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, deliver, store, and display your personalized songs, audio, and artwork.
• Authenticate accounts, maintain private share pages, and provide downloads.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and customer support.
• Send service notices, security alerts, receipts, and support responses.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Diagnose errors, measure reliability, and improve features and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

AI and Service Providers

Before generation, we may send necessary user-provided text and technical identifiers to specialized AI-generation and security providers. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and policies. We do not send more information than reasonably needed for the requested feature.

For safety, abuse prevention, and compliance, we retain a minimized screening record containing a content fingerprint, decision, matched-category names, request identifier, and timestamp. This record does not contain the full text submitted for screening.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these limited circumstances:

• With Waffo Pancake and Waffo.com Limited to process payments, subscriptions, tax, invoicing, fraud checks, and payment support.
• With vendors that provide AI generation, hosting, storage, email, analytics, security, and customer-support infrastructure.
• When you intentionally publish or share a private gift page or download Output.
• To comply with law, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority.
• To protect TunedGift, our users, or the public from harm, fraud, or security threats.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account, order, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Creative content and generated files are retained according to the feature’s settings and operational needs. You may request deletion of personal information through account settings where available or by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and dispute-resolution purposes.

International Processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If we learn of a security incident that legally requires notice, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Your Rights
